Will Creasman

Will has built and managed corporate legal departments and served as a chief legal officer or general counsel of a variety of companies, including Alltel Wireless, TCBY, and Wrangler Europe. During his more than three decades in corporate leadership positions and nearly five decades of practice Will developed an extensive background in a wide range of legal areas that he applies in his practice today.

Will also serves in an Of Counsel role at another firm where, in 2018, he originated a nationwide antitrust class action based upon the alternative theories of monopsony power and conspiracy in restraint of trade. In addition to that and antitrust class actions at WKS, he has a full corporate and pro bono practice.

He obtained his law degree from Wake Forest University and his undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University. Over the years he has been an adjunct professor at the School of Law, University of Arkansas – Little Rock, a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Arkansas Legal Services (a pro bono legal services corporation), and a Commercial Panelist for the American Arbitration Association. He is admitted to practice in Arkansas, North Carolina, and Texas.
