Marc Castañeda is a senior associate at Wade Kilpela Slade, representing individuals throughout the United States in complex civil actions. 

Will has built and managed corporate legal departments and served as a chief legal officer or general counsel of a variety of companies, including Alltel Wireless, TCBY, and Wrangler Europe.

Kristy is dedicated to obtaining justice for consumers in federal and state class cases nationwide.

Brandon grew up in Clarksville, Arkansas, where he learned the most fundamental parts of lawyering: how to solve problems, work smart, and work hard. H

Lucy obtained her JD from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. She was ranked 1st in Bowen's Class of 2016.

Since focusing exclusively on plaintiffs’ litigation, Ed has led or co-led cases involving consumer fraud, financial fraud, product liability, civil rights, and data breach/privacy. 

James is an associate at Wade Kilpela Slade LLP. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, consumer’s rights, and warranty law.

Paige Noah is an associate in Wade Kilpela Slade’s Pittsburgh office. She represents plaintiffs in all facets and stages of class and complex litigation, focusing on consumer protection, ERISA, data privacy/security, and disability law.

Evan North serves as Of Counsel to Wade Kilpela Slade. Evan is also the founding attorney of North Law PLLC, a Philadelphia-based litigation firm. 

Elizabeth Pollock is a partner in Wade Kilpela Slade’s Pittsburgh office. Elizabeth has played an integral role in litigation in federal and state courts across the country.

Dash Radosti serves as Of Counsel at Wade Kipela Slade, where he focuses on complex litigation, representing whistleblowers, investors, consumers, and individuals seriously injured, including victims of sexual violence. 

David began his legal career, first as an associate and then as a partner, at the Little-Rock-based class- and complex litigation firm Carney, Bates & Pulliam, where he focused on consumer protection class actions, with an emphasis on data privacy, data security, and antitrust-adjacent areas in the tech space.

Gillian L. Wade is a nationally and internationally recognized class and complex litigation practitioner who founded Wade Kilpela Slade after heading her former firm’s consumer fraud and class action litigation department for over 15 years.
