ABOUT
RYAN CASEY
Since 2006, Ryan has represented plaintiffs, classes, and whistleblowers in the areas of consumer protection, environmental litigation, and insurance coverage. Before joining Wade Kilpela Slade, he founded the Casey Law Firm and previously served as Of Counsel to a Miami litigation boutique and as an associate at a prominent New Orleans firm. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in numerous multidistrict litigations (MDLs).
Ryan is licensed to practice in Colorado, Louisiana, and Oregon. His national practice has led to pro hac vice admissions in federal and state courts across the country, including Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

Ryan earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2006 and his B.A. in Philosophy from the College of William & Mary in 2000. In 2001-2002, he served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Penza, Russia. During law school, he clerked for international environmental advocacy organizations, living and working in Moscow, Russia, and Mérida, Venezuela.
